Job Title: ED Lead Patient Access

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ED Lead Patient Access professional to join our team at Atlantic Health System. As a key member of our patient access team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient patient registration and access to our emergency department services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of patient access representatives to ensure timely and accurate patient registration and access to emergency department services.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and reduce wait times.
  • Collaborate with emergency department staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in patient access or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
