Job Summary
We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist who is eager to thrive in the interconnected world of B2B and B2C markets.
Responsibilities and Duties
As this is a growth marketing role, we expect you to excel in paid search, social media advertising, campaign development, execution, and reporting.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Paid Search and Paid Social Media Advertising.
- Responsible for implementing, optimizing, and managing daily analysis of paid media campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience in programming, budget tracking, and tactical execution within advertising platforms is essential. You will provide recommendations for enhancing account performance and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in managing multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with LinkedIn Ads Manager is advantageous.
- Experience in keyword research and the ability to present campaign examples using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, and/or Moz.
- Knowledge of optimization techniques, including keywords, campaign caps, and targeting, with comfort in using audience, location, and device bid adjustments.
- Ability to create testing frameworks and compile client-facing reports based on performance metrics.
- Understanding of tagging and tracking solutions is required.
- Capable of developing strategies for company launches, market roll-outs, and new product introductions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their role in marketing efforts.
- Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge of Hubspot and/or Looker Studio is a plus.
- Experience with automated bidding platforms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with data modeling and statistical analysis is beneficial.
- A proactive learner with a willingness to support the team as needed.
- Staying updated with industry trends through reading blogs and publications is encouraged.
