Job Description

Sales Consultant – Automotive Sales Professional

Peak Performance Team is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team of automotive sales professionals. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for turning your sales skills, excellent customer service, and industry expertise into major profits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and own the dealership sales process
  • Present and demonstrate inventory to customers
  • Review and update daily inventory reports
  • Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
  • Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
  • Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units to dealership standards
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification
  • Familiarize yourself with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
