Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Director to join our team at International Staff Consulting. As a Tax Director, you will be responsible for leading our tax compliance efforts and providing expert advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead tax compliance efforts for our clients
  • Provide expert advice on tax planning and strategy
  • Oversee preparation of complex tax returns and investment partnership accounting
  • Collaborate with external CPA firms and consultants on tax projects
  • Stay current on tax and accounting knowledge issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 15 combined years of current tax and accounting experience
  • Deep knowledge of partnership, individual, exempt organization, trust, estate, and gift taxation
  • Strong knowledge of entity accounting and trust accounting
