Disability Claims Examiner

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Disability Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dane Street, LLC. As a Disability Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers, while also ensuring that all disability claims are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process disability claims, ensuring that all necessary documentation is obtained and that claims are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including claims examiners, adjusters, and medical professionals, to ensure that claims are processed efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate with clients and their customers to provide updates on claim status and to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Identify and resolve complex issues related to disability claims, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that claims are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or claims processing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to disability claims.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
