Role Objective: The Customer Service Assistant will handle incoming calls for the Company, addressing customer inquiries and directing calls as necessary. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage the Customer Service phone line (Average of 80 calls daily)
  • Ensure accurate routing and distribution of incoming customer calls
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns
  • Develop familiarity with various industry concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Achieve weekly reporting targets
  • Perform general office tasks as directed by management
  • Gain knowledge of diverse field concepts, practices, and procedures
