Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing seamless communication and interaction with clients and our sales center, responding to customer service and sales-related calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner, and performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks when not corresponding with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and sales center
  • Respond to customer service and sales-related calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner
  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • No prior work experience necessary
  • Must enjoy interacting with people
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Have some flexibility with scheduling
Compensation

$12 per hour
