Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Transactions Specialist to join our team at Inficare Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts and defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
  • Balance subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
  • Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
  • Balance general ledger by preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries.
  • Maintain historical records by filing documents.
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements and enforcing adherence to requirements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial transactions and bookkeeping policies and procedures. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results.
