Job Description

Longchamp USA Inc is seeking a highly skilled Part-time E-Commerce Fraud Specialist to join our Retail department. As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the department meets and exceeds all order review key performance indicators for payment and fraud.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital landscape and products, as well as the ability to think analytically and make sound business decisions. You will be responsible for detecting and analyzing fraud trends, implementing risk strategies, and supporting the Customer Service team by answering incoming customer calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day online case management and review high-risk transactions
  • Determine if transactions are fraudulent and should be accepted or rejected
  • Ensure service levels are met and all orders are processed within the expected time frame
  • Investigate order review issues and provide recommendations on cancelled orders
  • Compile and review reports to analyze the effectiveness of risk rules and adjust accordingly
  • Dispute chargebacks in a timely manner and analyze chargeback patterns to reduce the chargeback rate
  • Assist customers with order inquiries via multiple channels

Requirements:

  • High school/some college or equivalent work experience
  • 3-4 years in e-commerce environment or similar retail setting
  • Strong understanding of digital landscape and products
  • Ability to think analytically and make sound business decisions
  • Strong organization and time management skills
