About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Product Operations to run and optimize our product operations function. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of Noom's product offerings while driving operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and facilitate Noom's product operations best practices, including product roadmap ideation, shepherding delivery, and ensuring successful launches.
  • Align operational processes with company goals and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the meeting cadence for key initiatives, including the socialization of product organization priorities and results to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure consistent collaboration and communication leads to successful product delivery.
  • Support PM best practices and oversee product lifecycle management.
  • Create a centralized source of truth for product data and ensure that key metrics and insights necessary for product success are easily accessible and visible.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and frameworks for product operations processes and provide detailed updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead and build a capable team, fostering a collaborative environment. Provide training and development opportunities to support their growth.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in direct management and leading teams.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex product development projects and streamlining operational processes.
  • Data and process-driven leader, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams/organizational lines and with external partners.
  • Ability to earn the trust of and influence highly technical engineering and product teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring teams, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve high performance.
