Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Assess and triage patient calls and referrals, ensuring appropriate care coordination.
  • Maintain and uphold accurate medical records while executing care plans.
  • Provide education to patients, families, and the community regarding specialty care.
  • Engage in research activities alongside physicians, including data collection and analysis.
  • Coordinate financial aspects of patient care in partnership with the Business Office.
  • Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying any complications that may arise.
  • Ensure adherence to National Patient Safety Goals and evidence-based practices.

This position requires a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma or a multistate license from an eNLC member state. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting. Alternative experience may be considered based on specific criteria.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Current BLS certification is required.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Valid Oklahoma state driver's license and acceptable driving record.
