INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center, a top-ranked hospital in the Oklahoma City metro, is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Coordinator to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to work with our Oncology team, providing exceptional care to patients with complex needs. As an Oncology Nurse Coordinator, you will work closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between treatment settings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and evaluate patient data, including lab results and diagnostic studies
  • Coordinate treatment plans with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Monitor and report laboratory tests and identify potential complications
  • Provide education and support to patients and families regarding disease management and treatment options
  • Coordinate continued care in home, outpatient, or inpatient settings
  • Collaborate with the Business Office to ensure accurate financial documentation
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
  • 5 years of clinical experience, with ICU, medical-surgical, and/or oncology experience preferred
  • Oncology Nursing Society Certification (O.C.N.) is highly desirable
