Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and completion of signage projects. This includes managing project budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as coordinating with clients to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage signage projects from initial planning/design to manufacturing and final installation.
  • Conduct jobsite surveys to ensure accurate project planning.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure that projects meet all requirements.
  • Attend jobsite meetings to ensure project progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors as needed to ensure project completion.
  • Resolve any issues or problems that arise during the course of a project.
  • Keep clients informed of the progress of their projects.
  • Prepare, submit, and secure sign permits as required.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the architectural signage industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Google Workplace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong desire to learn and improve every day.
  • One year of Custom Sign Industry Experience (preferred, not required).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation will be based on experience.
