About the Role

The successful candidate will serve as the Southern California Biological Resources Group Leader, providing technical leadership, business development, and staff mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate project delivery from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  2. Develop and implement business development strategies to expand Kleinfelder's Biological Resources operation.
  3. Prepare and present technical documents, reports, and presentations that meet regulatory requirements and professional standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Ecology, Botany, Natural Resources Management, or other related environmental science field required.
  • 8-9 years of related experience, 5-6 years of project management experience, and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations required.
Salary and Benefits

Salary range: $126,693-$186,333 per year. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) plan.
