Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Technician II - Reality Capture Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revit and Reality Capture Technology, with experience in creating digital twin models for water resource projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Revit/Reality Capture projects and coordinate with project teams
  • Develop and maintain Reality Capture standards and processes
  • Train and support the team on scan to BIM best practices
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members on concurrent projects

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a multi-discipline designer
  • Proficiency with Autodesk's Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • 2+ years of surveying-related experience
  • Ability to independently operate a total station
  • Commercial Scanning experience is a plus
