About the Job

This Personal Care Coordinator position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to adults with brain injuries. As a member of our team, you will work closely with residents, their families, and our interdisciplinary team to ensure that each individual receives personalized support and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Daily Activities: Help residents with daily tasks, including eating, dressing, and using special equipment.
  • Home Management: Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing household chores, meal preparation, and laundry duties.
  • Transportation: Safely transport residents to appointments, events, and other activities.
  • Documentation: Accurately record resident progress, concerns, and feedback in our electronic health records system.
Requirements
  • No Education Required: We will provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license for at least 6 months and maintain a good driving record.
  • Physical Ability: Demonstrate the ability to perform all tasks required and prioritize resident safety.
