Shared Living Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shared Living Program Manager to lead our care services team in Pittsfield, MA.

This is a competitive role with a salary range of $48,380.80 to $52,353.60 annually.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social sciences, human services, or business administration and be able to provide leadership and guidance to our care services team.

They will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating care provided to individuals in Shared Living homes and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborating with staff to develop and implement care plans.
  • Providing training and support to caregivers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above in social sciences, human services, business administration, or Case Management.
  • Progressive learning experience (over 3 years to up to and including 5 years).
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation/vehicle required.
