Job Overview

As a key member of our team, the Mortgage Loan Processor, Loan Officer Assistant, and Personal Assistant will support both our mortgage operations and the broker's personal business needs. This role requires a blend of loan processing expertise, loan officer support, and personal assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the brokerage and the broker's day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead loan processor, managing files from application to closing.
  • Review, verify, and analyze loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist the loan officer in preparing and structuring loan files, running credit reports, and pre-approving clients.
  • Communicate with clients, underwriters, and third parties to obtain required documents and resolve any outstanding conditions.
  • Manage loan pipeline and ensure files are processed efficiently, meeting all deadlines and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure loans adhere to all state, federal, and investor guidelines and policies.
  • Provide exceptional client service, keeping borrowers informed of loan status and next steps throughout the process.
  • Collaborate closely with the mortgage broker to identify and resolve potential issues early in the process.

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Manage the mortgage broker's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as email management, filing, and data entry.
  • Help manage social media accounts, coordinate posts, and support marketing efforts.
  • Serve as a liaison with clients, partners, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
  • Assist with business-related personal errands, projects, or special tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing and/or loan officer assistance.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending guidelines, including FHA, VA, and conventional loans.
  • Proficiency in ARIVE LOS for loan processing and GoHighLevel for CRM management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and effective communication.
  • Flexibility to perform both mortgage-related and personal assistant duties as needed.
