At LTIMindtree, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineering Director to join our team. As a Quality Engineering Director, you will be responsible for leading our Quality Engineering efforts and driving excellence in our quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Quality Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products
  • Develop and implement quality processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of product development
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks
  • Develop and implement quality metrics and reporting

Requirements:

  • 15-18 years of experience in Quality Engineering with a background in test delivery, consulting, and/or program management
  • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year software testing programs
  • Diverse knowledge of Quality Engineering aspects, including automation, performance, environment management, and test data management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary: $120,000 to $170,000
