Job Overview

The NYC Business Integrity Commission, a regulatory and law enforcement entity, is looking for qualified candidates for the position of:

Fraud Investigation Associate

This role involves conducting investigations into criminal, civil, and regulatory matters pertaining to the private carting sector as well as wholesalers and businesses operating within public wholesale markets.

Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or
  • A Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of applicable experience.

Additional Requirements:

Candidates must meet and maintain qualifications for firearms usage and serve as Peace Officers throughout their employment tenure.

Residency: Candidates must establish residency in NYC within 90 days of appointment.
