Job Title: SIU Investigator

Delta Group is a leading investigative firm dedicated to combating insurance fraud. As a SIU Investigator, you will play a critical role in identifying and preventing suspicious claims, working closely with clients, law enforcement, and regulatory agencies to ensure the integrity of the insurance industry.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled SIU Investigator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in claims investigations, with a focus on Workers' Compensation claims. The ideal candidate will possess excellent investigative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations of questionable claims, including recorded statements and interviews with claimants, witnesses, and employers.
  • Provide timely and clear documentation of claim files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism throughout the investigation process.
  • Develop and implement effective investigative strategies to identify and prevent insurance fraud.
  • Collaborate with clients, law enforcement, and regulatory agencies to share information and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in claims and SIU investigations, with a focus on Workers' Compensation claims.
  • Strong investigative skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, law enforcement, and regulatory agencies.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • CFE or FCLS designations preferred.
