National Sales Director

Century LLC is seeking a seasoned National Sales Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of the sales team. This critical role executes the company's strategic business plan, providing leadership and driving performance across the sales function.
Responsibilities
Implement sales strategies, engage with customers, identify their needs, and recommend products or solutions. As a senior management position, this role includes delegating responsibilities, fostering growth through training initiatives, and ensuring effective succession planning.
- Develop and execute plans to achieve sales goals.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at international, national, and high-profile accounts.
- Lead sales initiatives to drive growth and market penetration.
- Implement sales best practices to drive efficiency and results.
- Manage performance metrics for a portfolio of accounts.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Create new programs and policies to support company growth.
- Promote Century products to potential and existing customers.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid computer skills, deep understanding of sales forecasting, compassionate customer service skills, attention to detail, active listening skills, proven team management ability, and energetic attitude.
