**Technical Support Specialist**

About the Role:

In this role, you will work closely with the local Systems Administrator and Regional IT Manager to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, maintain user account information, and collaborate on regional office and company-wide projects. Your expertise in Windows, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Server will enable you to effectively support our IT infrastructure.
