Job Title: Business Manager F&I

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager F&I to join our team at The Boat House. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial services to our customers, maximizing sales and profitability, and driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide best-in-industry financial services to customers, including purchasing, insuring, and refinancing their boats and yachts.
  • Maximize sales and profitability using Boat House tools, products, and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and insurance partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry-specific compliance regulations and ensure all financial transactions are compliant.
  • Collaborate with the sales and admin teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Strong sales and advisory skills, with a focus on customer finance and insurance needs.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues during the sales and financing process.
  • Expertise in contract review and compliance, with a focus on industry-specific regulations.
  • Knowledge of F&I sales processes, including prospecting, sales presentations, and closing deals.
