About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Easthill, Washington.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits, including weekly pay, guaranteed work hours, payment for direct and indirect services rendered, liability insurance coverage, health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits for full-time employees working 30 hours per week.

Job Description:

This is a full-time position with a caseload that will be discussed during the interview. The ideal candidate will have a valid Washington State SLP License and Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
