Job Description

The Speech Language Pathologist will play a crucial role in supporting students with communication and language disorders. This position requires a certified SLP to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.

Responsibilities
  1. Assess and identify students' communication and language needs.
  2. Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address students' communication and language deficits.
  3. Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to integrate speech and language services into instructional programs.
  4. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
  5. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in speech and language therapy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field, certification as an SLP, and experience working with students with communication and language disorders. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality services to students.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
