Surgical Technician Associate

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technician Associate to join our team at Providence Alaska Medical Center. As a key member of our surgical team, you will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, RNs, and other surgical personnel to deliver exceptional patient care during surgery.
Responsibilities
- Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during surgical procedures
- Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and maintain a sterile environment
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- 6 months of Operating Room experience for candidates who have graduated from an accredited Surgical Technology Program or have completed other accredited programs by the Liaison Council on Certification for the Surgical Technologist or completion of a Surgical Technician Military Training program

Pay Range: $24.52 - $38.26
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
