Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at Shore Lodge Whitetail Club, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests, with a focus on providing personalized service and expertly crafted cocktails.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer to Shore Lodge specifications
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide exceptional service
  • Manage guest requests, food orders, and accurately calculate tabs
  • Operate the POS system and exchange money
  • Place orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies
  • Clean and organize the bar, tables, chairs, and work area
  • Recognize potential intoxication and restrict alcohol intake
  • Assist other team members as needed
Requirements
  • Experience in a 4-star dining room, preferably in an exclusive club or resort
  • Extensive knowledge of cocktail mixers and the ability to prepare and present them to Shore Lodge standards
  • Knowledge of liquors, their makeup, history, and flavor profile
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent memory and ability to establish an instant rapport with customers
