Position Overview

The Recreation Facility Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and enjoyment of our community's amenities. This position requires a commitment to exceptional customer service and adherence to established policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the clubhouse and its amenities, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies while providing outstanding service to residents.
  • Execute daily operational tasks as directed by the Clubhouse Manager, ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the facility.
  • Oversee the functionality of all clubhouse amenities, including pools, fitness equipment, entertainment systems, and communal areas.
  • Communicate supply needs to the Clubhouse Manager in a timely manner.
  • Accurately log and manage packages delivered for residents, verifying identification and ensuring proper receipt procedures are followed.
  • Check identification for all clubhouse visitors to confirm residency and enforce guest policies, ensuring a secure environment.
  • Ensure that all posted pool regulations are visible and adhered to by all users.
  • Assist residents interested in reserving the social room by providing necessary information to the Recreation Director.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the clubhouse interior, reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in keeping the exterior areas of the clubhouse clean and free of debris.
  • Report any safety concerns or property hazards to the supervisor or Property Manager without delay.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of the facility and support team morale, while assisting leasing office staff as needed.
