Clubhouse Ambassador

F&F Realty Properties Parent Account is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Clubhouse Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clubhouse facilities and providing exceptional service to our residents.

• Facility Management: Ensure all clubhouse facilities are operational, including pools, exercise equipment, televisions, game tables, lighting, wireless internet, and fireplaces.
• Customer Service: Provide best-in-class customer service to residents, guests, and vendors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Logistics and Administration: Log packages, maintain accuracy, and ensure all individuals entering the clubhouse sign in and check out game supplies, court usage, and exercise equipment as needed.
• Pool and Safety Management: Ensure all pool rules are posted and regulations are being followed, and report any issues or hazards to the supervisor or Property Manager immediately.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with co-workers to maintain a clean and safe environment, and assist the leasing office staff when requested.
• Reporting and Communication: Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor or Property Manager, and maintain open communication with the team to ensure a smooth operation of the clubhouse.

This is a part-time position working Fridays from 2-9pm. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
