F&F Realty Properties Parent Account is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Clubhouse Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clubhouse facilities and providing exceptional service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Facility Management: Ensure all clubhouse facilities are operational, including pools, exercise equipment, televisions, game tables, lighting, wireless internet, and fireplaces.
- Customer Service: Provide best-in-class customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Logistics and Supply Chain: Inform the Clubhouse Manager of any supply needs and ensure that all packages are accurately logged and distributed to residents.
- Security and Access Control: Verify the residency of all individuals entering the clubhouse and enforce policies regarding guest access.
- Pool and Amenities Management: Ensure that all pool rules are posted and regulations are being followed.
- Event Coordination: Assist residents who are interested in renting out the social room, gathering accurate information to provide to the Recreation Director.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Monitor the cleanliness of the clubhouse interior and report any issues to the cleaning vendor or Property Manager.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Work closely with co-workers to maintain a high level of team morale and assist the leasing office staff as needed.
This position is available on Fridays from 2pm to 9pm.
