The Recreation Facility Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and functionality of community amenities. This position requires a commitment to exceptional customer service and adherence to established policies.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the clubhouse and its amenities, ensuring compliance with community policies and providing excellent service to residents.
- Execute daily operational tasks as directed by the Clubhouse Manager, including opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee the functionality of all clubhouse facilities, such as pools, fitness equipment, entertainment systems, and communal areas.
- Communicate supply needs to the Clubhouse Manager for timely ordering.
- Accurately log and manage packages delivered for residents, verifying identification and ensuring proper receipt.
- Enforce resident identification protocols for clubhouse access and manage guest policies effectively.
- Ensure that all posted pool regulations are visible and adhered to by residents.
- Assist residents interested in reserving the social room by providing necessary information to the Recreation Director.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the clubhouse interior and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Help keep the exterior areas of the clubhouse tidy by removing litter and debris.
- Promptly report any safety concerns or property hazards to the supervisor or Property Manager.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the overall quality of the facility and support the leasing office staff as needed.
