- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Accounting and Auditing: Ensure the hotel's accounting systems and processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records.
- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of accounting professionals, provide guidance and training, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in hotel accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, proficiency in financial software and systems.
