We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the effective and efficient operations of our human resource department. The successful candidate will perform administrative tasks and services to aid our HR team in their day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities- Process and maintain new and/or current employee records.
- Monitor and maintain company compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including I-9, E-Verify, FMLA, OSHA, and Labor Law.
- Utilize the HRIS system to track and maintain employee data.
- Assist with employee bonus and rewards/recognition programs.
- Assist in the development and improvement of company policies and procedures.
- Assist with Employee New Hire Orientation preparation.
- Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed or directed.
- Assist Employee Relations with benefit enrollment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or other related fields.
- 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources.
- Understanding of HR Laws (FMLA, Labor Laws, Benefit Plans, etc.).
- Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, HRIS systems.
- Highly organized.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
