Government Site Specialist

Join The GEO Group, Inc. as a Government Site Specialist and play a critical role in the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing case management services to ISAP participants, ensuring their successful reintegration into society.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement case management plans for ISAP participants, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular meetings with participants to monitor progress and provide support.
- Manage participant records, including data entry and maintenance of accurate and complete case files.
- Identify and coordinate community resources to support participants, including transportation, medical, educational, and financial assistance.
- Supervise participants while in Company offices, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Establish schedules for participants, including recreation, life skills, counseling, and other activities to promote successful reintegration.
- Conduct home visits to verify participant residences and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Make referrals for emergency counseling as needed and provide support to participants during crisis situations.
- Perform monthly audits to ensure program operations comply with the Quality Control Plan and contractual obligations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or related field.
- At least two years of customer service or case management experience, preferably in fields related to law, social work, detention, corrections, or working with multicultural clients.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for home visits.
- United States citizenship required.
- Ability to receive client approval to work on contract and live in the US for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
