Responsibilities:
- Monthly case reviews.
- Confirm vital correspondence and notices (e.g. CGIA, spoliation, WC Notices) are drafted properly and sent out.
- Demand review with clients.
- Settlement disbursements, resolving subrogation claims, liens, and other third party interests.
- Build client cases, verifying that all client injuries, damages, and other losses have been documented and are being presented for maximum recovery.
- Research and analyze case-specific legal issues and documentation (e.g. insurance policies, lien language, settlement releases).
- Foster and maintain an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and thorough advisement.
- Negotiate settlements.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have extensive knowledge and experience in the personal injury field (4 year minimum) with knowledge of auto collisions, premises liability, and general negligence. Must be licensed to practice in Colorado.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $130,000.00 to 210,000 annually, plus a bonus structure. Our benefits package includes:
