Sales Team Lead

The USA Clinics Group is seeking an experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead our Sales team in the Northbrook, Illinois corporate office.
Key Responsibilities
Core Functions:
- Direct and communicate with employees daily to ensure efficient call handling and desired sales results.
- Cultivate employee performance to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Monitor and analyze employee performance to ensure goal attainment.
- Lead by example and participate in day-to-day tasks as needed.
- Develop and implement performance and sales reports.
- Partner with Senior Leadership to design contests and employee recognition programs.
- Handle escalated patient calls and inquiries.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a sales environment.
- Demonstrated experience handling escalated callers and employee conflicts.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English/Spanish, English/Russian, English/Greek) are a plus.
- Schedule flexibility to cover 1 weekend day.
