Sales Consultant for Service Solutions

The Sales Consultant's primary responsibility is to showcase, demonstrate, negotiate, and deliver a comprehensive suite of services and solutions to clients of Catalyst Career Group. This position will focus on identifying business prospects and developing a robust account pipeline to generate new revenue, while consistently surpassing activity and Gross Profit objectives. The services offered encompass office printing equipment maintenance, repair, toner supply, and replacement.

This role presents a significant career opportunity within the office technology sector at Catalyst Career Group, a reputable and established organization. We provide a competitive base salary along with uncapped commission, 401K, and comprehensive medical and dental benefits.

Position Benefits Include:

  • Base salary of $40,000 plus commission

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, Contact Management Systems, and video-based selling techniques preferred
  • Ability to identify and create value with Executive-level and IT decision-makers
  • Experience in assessing customer needs to formulate innovative strategies for closing new enterprise accounts
  • Resourceful, creative, and quick to learn
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a small team
  • Well-organized with strong time management skills

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and qualifying new clients within designated territories or vertical markets
  • Creating sales proposals that demonstrate cost savings for clients
  • Driving additional sales opportunities through a structured prospecting approach and sales cycle
  • Closing new accounts and achieving sales activity targets
  • Leading responses to RFPs/RFIs
  • Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to enhance sales calls and solution presentations that drive new business
  • Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Strategically designing enterprise solutions using pricing systems and configurations
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of each account's current and long-term purchasing plans and objectives
  • Exceeding Gross Profit targets for new business accounts
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key internal resources to ensure successful collaboration in meeting customer needs
