Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Accounting
    Manage all accounting operations including cash flow management, accounts receivable/payable, inventory control, capital assets, tooling, and intercompany transactions.
    Oversee month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and precise completion.
    Generate financial statements in compliance with local GAAP/IFRS standards.
    Conduct monthly balance sheet assessments and reconciliations.
    Analyze and monitor plant expenditures, capital initiatives, and working capital.
  2. Cost Accounting
    Guarantee the precision of cost and inventory records.
    Evaluate and reconcile actual costs against standard costs.
    Conduct annual reviews of bills of materials (BOM) and adjust standard costs accordingly.
  3. Management Accounting
    Develop monthly forecasts and financial analyses for plant leadership.
    Assemble financial reports for corporate management evaluations.
    Monitor and report on monthly plant performance key performance indicators (KPIs).
    Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with departmental heads.
  4. Continuous Improvement
    Support continuous improvement initiatives with defined financial goals.
    Assist in strategies aimed at maximizing profits.
    Identify opportunities for cost reduction across various departments.
  5. Internal Controls and Audit
    Facilitate internal and external audit processes.
    Address audit findings and implement necessary corrective measures.
    Enhance existing controls and ensure adherence to corporate financial policies.

Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA designation is preferred.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting or a comparable role.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and cost accounting principles.
Exhibit proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities.
Showcase excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Possess strong communication and leadership abilities.
Demonstrate the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
