We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Rockford. As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage room bookings, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest account information.
  • Provide a warm welcome to guests, check them in, and ensure they have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
  • Field customer complaints and work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests.

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
  • Experience in the hotel industry or related field preferred.

Compensation: $15 per hour
