Role Overview:

As a member of the Rapid Response Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality, efficient patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to all Rapid Response Team calls, Code Blues, and other critical alerts.
  • Conducting patient surveillance to identify those at risk of complications.
  • Collaborating with bedside nurses to provide consultation and support.
  • Educating and mentoring less experienced nursing staff during and after critical events.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and possess:

  • A current nursing license in the state of Texas.
  • 3-5 years of recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Emergency Room (ER).
