Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Texas State RN License
- CPR (American Heart Association) certification
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire/transfer date
- NIHSS certification within 90 days of hire/transfer date
