We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Territory Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our energy-saving air compressors and related equipment to end-customers in your assigned territory.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and technical skills, with a strong ability to design and sell quality air systems. You will be responsible for representing Kaeser at all times, using our provided sales tools, and reaching and maintaining sales goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Calling on end-customers to promote and sell our energy-saving air compressors and related equipment
  • Acquiring knowledge and technical expertise necessary to design and sell our quality air systems
  • Representing Kaeser at all times and using our provided sales tools
  • Reaching and maintaining sales goals

Required qualifications include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Proven time/territorial management skills
  • Clean driving record
  • PC literacy, specifically MS products, Word, and Excel

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000-$125,000, including base salary and bonus structure, as well as an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, profit sharing, and 401(k).
