First Financial Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Northridge branch team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for inspiring and guiding a team of 3-6 employees towards achieving service-oriented goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Coaching and developing employees to enhance their cross-selling abilities, sales knowledge, and overall sales performance.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve branch operations, including audit, branch operations certifications, ATM fulfillment, and vault maintenance.
- Directing daily activities of the branch, including supervising branch personnel and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and Credit Union policies.
- Reviewing progress of assignments, conducting performance appraisals, and recommending salary adjustments and employee status changes.
- Developing higher levels of expertise in staff members through Personal Development Plans, encouraging further education, and providing learning opportunities within the branch.
- High School graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- At least two years of prior experience as a Branch Manager within or in the banking industry.
- Preferred knowledge or experience in a Real Estate loan department, Consumer Lending, and general product knowledge.
- Business Development methods and proven track record of increasing sales and profitability for assigned branch/department.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills sufficient to manage a staff of four or more.
- Knowledge of Human Resource Laws and regulations.
