Key Responsibilities

  • The Clinical Services Program Manager will oversee patient access to various care services, including outpatient therapy, Peer Support, psychiatric services, and substance use treatment programs.
  • This role includes supervising all non-medical direct care personnel, designing treatment protocols, ensuring proper assessments for all clients, implementing best practices, evaluating service quality, and developing staff training programs.
  • The Clinical Services Program Manager will ensure that all clients meet the medical necessity criteria for the level of care they receive.

Qualifications Required

  • The ideal candidate should be a licensed clinician capable of comprehending and executing instructions (LCSW/LCSWA, LCMHC/LCMHCA, LCAS/LCASA, LMFT/LMFTA).
  • A master's level qualification is necessary, along with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess two years of management experience, and have relevant knowledge and experience with the populations served.
  • Candidates must have no history of sex offender charges or violent criminal offenses.
  • There should be no violent criminal record or substantiated findings of abuse or neglect listed on the North Carolina Health Care Personnel Registry.
