Key Responsibilities:
- Drive engineering initiatives that span multiple functional areas in a fast-paced, agile setting.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and address business requirements.
- Design and influence technical and operational processes that extend beyond your immediate team.
- Develop innovative solutions that meet business needs, including comprehensive full-stack applications.
- Co-manage your team’s products and services, enhancing performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability.
- Contribute to the development of automated solutions and analytics frameworks.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Take ownership of both technical and business solutions.

- Effectively communicate project timelines and deliverables to your team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development.
- Experience in full-stack web application development.
- Proficient in documenting technical systems and user workflows.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Experience in gathering requirements from application users.
- Background in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or technology sectors, with a focus on eCommerce, data/machine learning platforms, or cloud solutions.
- Experience in regulated environments.
- Ability to navigate a matrixed organization.
