About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless parking experience for our customers and facilitating the efficient flow of traffic through our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive experience
  • Assist customers with making payments to automated revenue control equipment
  • Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional client and customer experience
  • Assist in the management of day-to-day activities at the assigned location
  • Monitor parkers in pay-in lanes and make change as needed
  • Conduct garage and facility audits as required by management
  • Count revenue at the beginning of each shift to ensure accuracy
  • Provide directions to city locations and assist customers with getting where they need to go
  • Resolve customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisor
  • Answer telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or a high aptitude for technology
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret the English language
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
