The Role

We're seeking a charismatic and knowledgeable Optometric Assistant to join our team. As a Visionworks Clinical Specialist, you'll be the face of our Exam Practice, ensuring every patient has a seamless and personalized experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate patient records and conducting preliminary testing
  • Introducing patients to our ODs and providing essential information
  • Transitioning patients from the doctor to the sales floor and educating associates on their eye care needs
  • Executing day-to-day operational activities to support exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals

Qualifications:

  • Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
  • HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
