Job Title: Analytics and Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics and Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at Sportsman's Warehouse. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our software applications and managed services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business intelligence solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
  • Design and develop data warehouses and ETL processes to support business intelligence initiatives
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to integrate their services and software with our internal systems
  • Develop and document SDLC processes to ensure consistency and quality across the development team
Requirements:
  • Expertise in SQL, scripting, and performance tuning
  • Experience with data warehouse and ETL concepts
  • Proficiency in PowerBI or similar BI tool
  • Experience with Snowflake, Airflow, Python, and SplashBI preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Intelligence, or related field
  • 2+ years of professional software development experience or business intelligence analytics experience
Work Environment:

The Analytics and Business Intelligence Developer will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

The work environment is sedentary, with occasional standing and walking. The employee will be required to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

No travel is required for this position.
