About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics and Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at Sportsman's Warehouse. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our software applications and managed services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business intelligence solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Design, develop, and deploy data warehouse and ETL solutions to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business intelligence projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and processes to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements
  • Expertise in SQL, scripting, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with data warehouse and ETL concepts.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI or similar BI tools.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Airflow, Python, and SplashBI is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Intelligence, or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional software development experience or business intelligence analytics experience.
